My work is relational and emotion-focused. I understand many emotional struggles as rooted in early relational experiences such as disconnection, neglect, or not feeling fully seen or validated. These experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others, often repeating in adult relationships in ways that feel confusing or painful.
Within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, we can gently explore these patterns together; making sense of your emotional responses, developing greater self-understanding, and creating space for new, more supportive ways of relating.

Bec offers face-to-face and telehealth sessions
No referral necessary
Cost: $140 per session
Sessions run for 50 minutes each
Counsellors are unable to offer Medicare rebates. Bec’s counselling fees are comparable to the usual out-of-pocket costs many people pay when seeing a psychologist with a Mental Health Care Plan.
